Good location and good area.

The Hotel is close to public transport. Local bus to Shibuya and Shinjuku. Train Stations within easy walking distance. Local restaurants very good food and value.

The Ambulances are noisy during the day and at night, but they did not disrupt our sleep.

Great Location close to transport links and local amenities the staff were very friendly and very helpful and the view from the roof terrace was amazing.Room was excellent with all the things we needed and a large comfortable bed and bedding.

Excellent value, comfortable room - with good access to trains!

A good size room with an proper king size bed! Bathroom facilities excellent. Although it felt off the beaten track, access to the train stations was easy and not too far to walk. Starbucks, 7-Eleven and other useful shops clustered around the station so we’ll positioned!

Wonderful

Room was extremely spacious for a Tokyo hotel! Was huge! The shower was more than spacious enough and was also separate to the toilet and basin. Staff spoke little English but this wasn't a problem at all as we both just used Google translate to communicate which worked perfectly fine and they were still just as accommodating and helpful. The elder gentleman even came out onto the street to help us hail a taxi to the airport. He explained we would have been charged extra fees if he called from the hotel rather than just hail one off the street. The staff were lovely. Beautiful rooftop garden area as well which we wish we could have enjoyed more but couldn't just due to time restrictions. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel and closest train station not too far a walk.

If you’re traveling alone or as a couple, the rooms will be comfortable. If you have children, it may be hard.

Quiet area

Your experience at the Himalaya Cloud hotel will really be what you make of it. If you’re traveling with family and request for extra beds, there is almost no room for you to walk as the room itself it quite small. There are 3 rooms on each floor and the elevator is small so you may end up using the stairs most of the time as we did. We rarely saw hotel staff which could be a good thing or bad thing. Important to note, hotel staff do not speak English. There is a bus station nearby and about a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station

Good value for Tokyo

The room was very nice and extremely comfortable. We only stayed at the hotel one quick night before heading to the airport and didn't have time to spend in the rooftop garden. We did head up and get a peek though. It had a great view, nice decor, snacks and drinks and it looked like it would be a really great place to spend some time while you are there!

It was a good stay.

Location is excellent, a lot of shops nearby and the train is very accessible. It also has very good size rooms.

They don’t automatically clean the room , you need to request for it. They should at least change the towels and pick-up garbage every day.

Facilities were clean, bed was huge, everything about the room was pretty good. The employees were very nice, just wish it was easier to get a hold of them. The hotel was very close to the station, which was nice.

I messaged the hotel to ask if I could check in early at a specified time in the morning and they said they got it. But when I came to the hotel no one was there at the front desk or anywhere around the front desk. We waited for 20 min, but no one came. There was a phone with a number to call, but it was difficult to decipher the handwriting and we tried several different numbers until we finally got a hold of someone. We waited again for 10 min. When the person finally came, they told us that we couldn't check in early and we had to come back later, which was confusing because they had said it was ok before (or at least I thought, but maybe they hadn't really read my message). At least they let us keep our bags with them until check in, but that was a bit of a frustrating experience. The next morning when we were checking out, no one was there at the front desk again, but thankfully there was a self-check out option. This is more of a precaution than a complaint, but the doors don't close by themselves like in those nice hotels. So be careful to close the door properly and lock it if you are returning to the room late and tired. We realized only the next morning that the door was open all night which was a bit scary in hindsight.

A real pearl in Tokyo, highly recommended

Very friendly staff, great facilities, amazing value for the money we spent, free drinks / internet, super clean.

While the location is a tiny bit distant from the eastern part of the city, the main concern revolves around the highway situated right in front of the building. Fortunately, the excellent sound isolation largely mitigates the impact. However, it can get a bit noisy when the occasional police car passes by at 6 in the morning, which tends to be a bit too loud.

Memorial day !

We can spend so relaxed time, thank you ! The room is confortable and king sized bed is tall sized and so nice for tall man. Separated restroom and bath, bathtub is littlebit tiny but not so bad. Checkout time is also good at 11 a.m. It's better for you to check in early day time after 2 p.m. because staff will be gone if you arrive at late time. It's good for you to let them know about check in time.

The room key and to wrock was old and hard to open or close.
